David Riley, Head of Carbon Neutrality, Anglian Water Services
David is responsible for developing and implementing energy and carbon strategies. He is also chair of the Water UK Carbon Working Group and a member of the Green Construction Board Infrastructure Working Group. He chaired the steering group that developed the HM Treasury Infrastructure Carbon Review David is a graduate from the University of Bath with a Master of Science in Integrated Environmental Management.
Felix Heon, Sustainability Director at Antin Infrastructure Partners
Felix leads the firm’s sustainability strategy. He is a Steering Committee Member of the PRI-endorsed International Climate Initiative (iCI) and France Invest’s ESG Commission, as well as an Affiliate Member of Invest Europe’s Responsible Investment Roundtable. Prior to this, Felix spent three years as a Sustainability Consultant at PwC. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master’s in Energy & Environmental Management.
Nirmal Kotecha, Chair, the Infrastructure Client Group Management Board
Nirmal is the Executive Director responsible for UK Power Networks’ Major Capital Programme and Procurement. He was previously the Major Projects Director on the Board of the Highways Agency and prior to that with Anglian Water where he developed Anglian’s @One alliance model. He is the Chair of the Infrastructure Client Group Management Board, a Board Director of the Major Projects Association and a member of the Construction Leadership Council.

Helen has 15 years’ experience in sustainability, finance and investor relations. She has worked at Antofagasta plc, BG Group plc, Pearson plc, Kingfisher plc. Helen holds a postgraduate certificate (MA level) from the University of Cambridge in Sustainability Business Leadership and BA (Hons) Accounting and Finance from the University of Leeds.
